in 1998 we had the dream of creating pizzas for home delivery to match the quality of a real italian pizzeria.  the first wood fired pizza delivery company in the world was born: basilico.

we still adhere closely to this traditional method of preparation, which gives the pizza its original authentic flavour using highly trained pizza chefs, superior fresh toppings and wood fired ovens to set us apart from the rest of the sector.

our continued commitment to quality and innovation is reflected in our seasonal menus: to deliver the finest artisan made pizzas, with committed service and value for money.

apart from our pizzas we offer juices and smoothies from freshly squeezed produce and freshly made salads, all prepared on our premises.  we also have available wines and beers from small scale producers carefully chosen to complement our pizzas.

we were the first pizza delivery company ever to be given a Red Star in Time Out’s ‘Eating Out’ Guide and the first to be included in other food guides such as Harden’s and Zagat.  our reviews have included articles in various international publications, and we have received recognition as the best regional pizza delivery chain at our industry’s annual awards.

why choose an 18inch pizza?

our 18 inch size is almost twice as large as the large/xl pizzas (currently 13 1/2 inch) sold by the industrial pizza delivery companies.

we provide the finest quality woodfired pizza london and great value for money. you can order your pizza whole, in 8 slices, or 12 slices and can choose to have each half topped differently eg americana/vegetarian.

our pizzas are perfect for sharing and for meetings or events.
