in this unique pizza basilico have brought together two exceptional products from opposite ends of Italy.

burrata, from Puglia, is a delicious hand tied ball of fresh mozzarella, filled with a mixture of hand shredded mozzarella and cream, the ‘stracciatella’. this is sent in a tub(s) for you to cut and spread on to your pizza, to your taste.

bresaola, from Valtellina, near the Swiss border, is a sausage of whole lean beef rump, air dried in the pristine Alpine breezes, low in calories and high in vitamins.

they combine with shaved grana, rocket and fior di latte mozzarella to create a luxurious, light and elegant pizza.
